This guide provides a straightforward process for
updating your profile information on Solatech, ensuring your account details
are accurate and current. By following these steps, users can easily manage
essential information like company name and phone numbers, enhancing
communication and efficiency. Accessing and updating your profile is crucial
for maintaining a professional presence and ensuring that you receive important

1. In
this example, we will start from the dashboard. Click on the settings gear in
the upper right hand corner.
2. Once
the settings menu drops down, choose "Manage
account".
3. Under
General, click "Your Account"
4. Then
click on "Manage my profile" on the right-hand side of the page.
5. This
will bring up a short profile page. From here you will be able to change your
name, email, contact information (including company name & phone), address,
even password.
For this example, we'll click the chevron next to Contact.
6. We'll
change the name in the "Company name". Then we'll add phone numbers
to the open fields.
7. Once
you have completed information in all the fields, click "Save
Changes".
This will return you to the original screen where you can also make changes to
the name, email, contact information (including company name & phone),
address, even password.
