Microsoft O365 Setup & Integration for Focus 2

This guide provides a straightforward method for connecting Focus 2 to your Microsoft Office 365 account, enabling you to send quotes to customers through Focus 2, from your O365 email account. This eliminates the need to cycle between applications, enhancing convenience. Perfect for users looking to simplify their online access, the guide offers clear, step-by-step instructions to facilitate a seamless quote-sharing experience.


  1. Start on the dashboard.
  2. First, find the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner. Click the gear.

  1. Choose "Your Account Settings" in the dropdown menu.

  1. On the next page, find Microsoft in the navigation pane on the left site, under integrations. Click on the "Microsoft" link.

  1. To connect Focus 2 to your Microsoft Office 365 account, click "Sign in with Microsoft". This will temporarily take you to a Microsoft permissions screen.


  1. On this screen, you are prompted to verify Solatech Focus 2 as a trusted app. It is recommended that permissions are granted to avoid any gaps in functionality.
    You may not need to click on the chevrons. When ready, just click the blue "Accept" button.



  1. Once back at this page, the connection is complete and the user should now be able to send quotes from Focus 2 via your Microsoft Account.
    Should you decide you wish to disconnect your Office 365 account for any reason, just click the gray "Disconnect" button.


  1. Final step: Go to "Email Settings" and choose "Use My Microsoft Account" and click SAVE.
