Solatech Focus Home Page
Summary
The home page is your starting point for Solatech Focus. This article will describe how to use the home page to navigate your site efficiently.
Navigational Links
The links found across the top of the Home Page will allow you to quickly add and view Customers, Quotes, Sales, Orders and PO's (purchase orders) as well as search and view your contact details on the Admin link.
For a Sales Rep or an Installer, the Admin link will only allow a user to update their name, email, phone number and address.
Note: An Installer will have a shorter list of navigational links.
Quick Search
The
Quick Search box on the Home page will allow you to type in part (or
all) of a customer's name, email address, phone number or city to locate
specific information. Once you have typed test into the search box,
click on one of the three buttons (Quotes/Sales/Orders; Purchase Orders;
Customers) to view matching data.
Slider and Teasers
The Slider section can be found at the top of the home page. Your site administrator will maintain this section for your organization. Each Slider will link to a hyperlink which will provide additional information on the featured product/service..
The Teaser sections are found further down on the Home Page. These are also maintained by your site administrator and will link to either a hyperlink or to an email dialog box.
Add New Customer / Create New Quote
In between your teaser slides are two buttons which allow you to quickly add a new customer or create a new quote.
Note: These buttons are not available to installers.
