Summary

This article will describe how to change the ink color from the default of red in Adobe Reader DC when capturing customer signatures on Solatech orders.

Note: Adobe Reader DC replaced Journal Notewriter and requires Solatech Hotfix 333587 (Hotfix 333587) 

Instructions

• Open an order for signature from Solatech (Print>Select Output Type>Preview with Adobe)
  
• Click on the Comment box to open the Comment Toolbar
  
• Click on the pencil icon (Draw)
  
• Click on the "..." on the tool bar
  
• From the drop down menu, select "Color Picker"
  

• On the popup menu, select the color you wish to use
  
• That color will now be the default for Signatures
