By following the steps outlined, users can quickly navigate from the dashboard and disable and adjustment without deleting it, allowing for future re-enabling if needed. This is essential for maintaining accurate and flexible pricing.

  1. Beginning from the Dashboard

  1. Go to the settings gear in the upper right.

  1. Click "Account Administration"

  1. From the menu on the left, click on "Adjustments" to open up the adjustments page

  1. There are six (6) adjustment tabs. In this example, we'll select a a group (Graber) from the "Customer Surcharges" tab.
    To do this, click "Groups"

  1. Note: The user can search and locate a desired adjustment in several ways, including typing the name or partial name of the adjustment into the field.
In this example, we'll sort from groups. After selecting groups click the vendor under which the adjustment lives.  We will use "Graber" for this example.

  1. To edit the adjustment, click the pencil.

  1. Note the "Enabled" switch. Notice this adjustment is currently enabled, meaning it is selectable on the quote review page.
To disable this adjustment, click the toggle switch (indicated below). Remember to click "Save" which is displayed in the next screen.

  1. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom.
After clicking "Save" the adjustment is disabled and will not be available to add to a quote. It is remains under the adjustments tab, should the user decide to re-enable it later. Disabling an adjustment does not delete it.
