How to schedule an appointment on the Customer page
This guide provides a step-by-step process for scheduling an appointment on the Customer page. Navigate and login to Solatech Focus 2.0 to begin.
- Click "Customers"

- Click the Customer you want to schedule an appointment for

- Click the "Schedule" button to bring up the menu of event type options

- Click the event type you want to schedule

- If wanting to override the subject line of the appointment, click "Title" and type in the field to customize

- Click the "calendar icon" button to select an appointment date

Tip! Click the "Open my Google Calendar" link in the bottom left corner to pull up the Google calendar to see availability
- Choose the date of the appointment

- Click start and end time dropdown menus to adjust the appointment timeframe

- Click "Additional Description" to add notes about the appointment

- Click "Apply" to save the appointment
