How to schedule an appointment after sale

This process for scheduling an appointment after a sale, ensures you can efficiently manage appointments in one place. If your Google or Microsoft account is connected in the Account Properties settings section, the appointment scheduled in Focus 2.0 will push to the Google or Microsoft calendar. 


  1. Navigate to and click the Sales number to open the Sales page

  1. Click the "Schedule" button

  1. Make a selection and click i.e. "Measure"

  1. Choose the date by selecting the calendar icon

  1. Choose the date

Tip!

  1. Click the "Additional Description" field to add notes for the appointment, these notes will show up in the calendar appointment

  1. Tip! By clicking on the "Open my Google calendar", the link will open your Google Calendar to view availability options

  1. When finished, click "Apply"
