How to generate a Purchase Order and use the Preview button

1. Click "PO's"

2. Click on the PO number

3. Click the "Preview" button to see the templated forms

4. Select from the dropdown list, i.e. click "Purchase Order" and another tab will open with the pdf to save/download the document
