Summary

SalesPRO Software gives sales reps the ability to give a line by line discount to multiple lines, using the Replace Discounts feature.  This article will provide instructions.

Instructions

• From within Order Entry, highlight the line items you wish to discount (At least 2 lines must be highlighted).  You can click on the first line and then use the Ctrl key to select additional lines.
• Use the drop down menu under Replace Items, and select Replace Discounts.

• On the Change Discount window, select the appropriate discount type
  • Item discounts will be a dollar amount
  • Customer discounts will be a percentage
• For this example, we will enter a 25% discount in the customer discount value field

• Press OK
• The Replace Review screen will appear and show your changes to the price for each selected line 

• Press OK and your discount for the selected lines will be shown in order entry.
