Assigning Products to Accounts - for DOS users

Summary: 

This guide provides a step-by-step approach for assigning new products to accounts on your DOS site.


  1. Logged in to your DOS site, click on the gear in the upper right corner and choose Site Administration.

  2. Then click on Products in the menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Find the product you wish to assign to accounts and select that product(s).
  4. Click the ellipsis at the top right and choose assign to accounts.
  5. You will select the account(s) on the left side of the window and click the right arrow to move them to the right side of the window.  

  6. When done choosing accounts, click Save at the bottom of that screen.
  7. When saved, you will get a green message in the top right of your screen saying it was successful.
