How to bulk edit a Sale
This guide is for bulk editing sales, making it an essential resource for anyone looking to update their records to reduce time and error. The bulk editing feature may be used if after sale if the invoice needs an adjustment with the pricing, the remeasure changed the measurements, selections, quantity, etc.
- Navigate to and click the Sale number to open the Sale page

- Click on the Line Items banner to view the full list of Sale items

- Click "Bulk Changes" on the Line Items banner

- Click all appropropriate items to adjust in bulk

Tip! A bulk change will update all records to the selection(s) made
- When ready, click the "Next" button

- Choose what type of bulk change to make, click 1 option from the list, i.e. "Change product and style"

- Click the "Next" button

- Where appropriate choose the appropriate updates that will apply to all bulk changes

- When done, click the "Next" button

- Review the changes, then click "OK"

- During processing, popup notifications will appear directing to you when it's ready to proceed to the next screen.

Alert! Pay attention to any line item that shows the red alert icon noting an error on the change. The error is likely a missing details in the record that needs to be fixed before order
- Click on the arrow next to the alert error icon to view what the error is

- Make the necessary changes then click "Next"

- When the change has been adjusted, click the "Done" button

- If the record is saved by clicking "Done" without the error being addressed, the Sale page and under Line Items banner, it will show an error alert

- To edit a single line item, navigate to the Line item and click the pencil icon to edit

- The error will explain what to fix, navigate to the detail that needs to be updated, i.e. click "PLEASE SELECT" dropdown and make a selection

- To finish updating the Line Item, click the "Update Line #" button
