How To Enable or Disable a Product in your Focus 2.0 account
Summary:
New products that are added to your account will be initially disabled. This guide provides a straightforward process for account administrators to enable or disable products within an account.
From your home screen, click the gear icon on the upper right and choose Account Administration
On the left side of your screen, click on Products
You will see a list of the products that are assigned to your account. Use the filters at the top to narrow down your search, if needed.
- Note: these filters can be used to view only enabled products, or only disabled products.
Find the product that you would like to enable or disable.
- Note: Products that are disabled have (disabled) after or underneath the product name.
