When a company is opened you receive the following message:
Warning: Your database is at 90% of the maximum size allowed. Please contact Solatech for information on how to archive your data.
Each time a company is opened the system checks the size of the database (disk space used). Once the size gets to 90% of maximum, which is around 2.9GB it will start displaying this message. The reason is that the normal installation of the Solatech Window Covering Software cannot support databases large that 4GB. This message is a warning that it's time to either remove or archive data before the maximum size is reached.
Once you start to receive this message the first thing that should be done is to run a cleanup of the company database. This is typically done every 60 to 90 days. Contact Solatech for assistance in shrinking the size of the database.
In addition to shrinking the size of the database you should purge the event and audit logs.
