This article explains error code 3640 that can be received when activating or re-activating your software license.
When you try to activate or re-activate your software license you receive the following error message:
Your license cannot be activated at this time. Please wait a while and try again. If this problem persists then please contact Solatech. (3640).
This typically occurs when you are trying to activate more licenses than you have purchased, which often happens when you replace a computer. The software sees the new computer as an additional license instead of a replacement license.
Contact Solatech to let them know that you replaced a computer. If possible include the Product ID of the Solatech software from the old computer so we can quickly update our records.
