Solatech Focus allows users to search Customers, Quotes/Sales/Orders and Purchase Orders in the system.  This knowledge base article will describe which fields are searched for each search type.

Purchase Orders:

  • Account Number
  • PO Number
  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Order's Installer Name
  • Order's Sales Rep Name
  • Order's Sidemark
  • Vendor Reference Number

Quotes/Sales/Orders:

  • Order Number
  • First City found in Customer's addresses
  • Sidemark
  • Customer's Last Name

 Customers:

  • Customer Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Addresses
  • First City found in addresses
  • First Zip Code found in addresses
  • Phone Numbers
