Steps

To access the Product Guide and other documents associated with a product, in the Order Entry window, 'Edit Product Item', switch to the References tab and click on any of the document names to open the PDF.

To view the Pricing Breakdown, click the Breakdown tab.

• Click on any heading in blue to open a window showing the content for that function.
• Clicking on the value in blue will allow an override to be entered.  
• Clicking on the Heading "Base Retail Price" will allow an override of the retail price of the product.
• Any changes when clicking on the headings "Customer Discount" or "Vendor Discount" will affect all quotes/sales;  an override on the value affects only the current line item.
