Using the Visual Dashboard

Summary

The Solatech Visual Dashboard gives Account Administrators a real time look at company performance. This valuable tool has information on everything from marketing results to sales rep conversion rates.  This knowledgebase article will describe each tab in the dashboard, with a brief description. 

Note: Visual Dashboard is an add-on feature. Please contact Solatech or your Site Administrator if you want to add this feature.

You can access the dashboard by clicking the multi-colored pie chart in the upper right hand corner of your screen


The Dashboard has five Tabs, each containing multiple charts. 
  1. Sales - displays sales trends, average sale and average margin, along with conversion rates.
  2. Marketing - displays the customers, quotes, sales broken down by lead source
  3. Activity - shows customers created for reps, and customers with quotes or sales.
  4. Trends - shows company performance in different areas displayed in line charts
  5. Products - provides information on top vendors, product types and products. 



Each Tabs has filters which allow you to select a specific sales rep if desired, along with a date range.



Each individual chart has additional filters and functions. (Not all are available for every chart and will vary by tab) 
  1. Switch between Pricing ($ amount) and Quantity
  2. Expand chart to a larger view
  3. Print the chart
  4. Export the chart to view additional details
  5. View the top and bottom performers by Pricing, Quantity, and/or Percent
