When the Solatech Window Covering Software is closed it remembers the company that was opened at the time so that when the software is started it can automatically open the company. Solatech Diagnostics has found that the last used company is no longer valid.

Possible Causes and Resolutions

  1. The company is located on a server and the mapped drive that references the company files is no longer valid. Check that the drive where the company files are located exists and that this computer has access to it.
  2. The database server is not running. Check the server to make sure that Microsoft SQL Server is running.
  3. This computer no longer has access to the server for security reasons. Check with your systems administrator to make sure you can access the server and the files on the server.
