Starting a Quote

Steps

  • From Home tab, click drop-down arrow under Quotes icon, select Create a Quote.


  • Use drop-down arrow to select the customer.  Sidemark, and quote number default;  Sidemark and Cust. PO can be modified as desired. A customer must be selected in order to proceed.
  • Click on Add Product to open Order Entry and select a product.  Order entry will open with the last product used.


  • Enter product information and select options desired.
  • When finished, either Click on Add and Continue to leave the Order Entry window open and add more products, or Click Add to close Order Entry and go back to the Quote screen.
