Summary
This is a summary of six (6) updates released on October 24, 2024, for your Solatech Focus and DOS accounts.
1) Payment Details added to Process Reports
Focus users will have the ability to add payment information for quotes, sales and orders, on the process report.
To display this, the Account Admin must to go to the Admin tab and enable Show pricing totals under the process report that will be used to display payments.
2) Dashboard: Addition of Sales Conversion rate under the Marketing tab
This paid feature allows manager to sort data of the sales team to filer sales, payments, leads, and products, just to name a few.
With this update we have added Conversion Rate by Lead Source. This addition will show you where your investments in marketing and lead generation produce the best results.
Note: This data represent tthe number of sales divided by the number of customers who had at least one quote. If there are more sales than quoted customers in a given time range, the conversion rate exceeds 100%.
3) Measurements
When measuring certain products, particularly shutters, extra material is added to account for the frame. For some, this could appear to be a different measurements or inconsistent measurements, as in the example below. Moving forward, for the highest level of clarity, measurements in a quote or replacement page, will match what is on the process report.
4) Site Admins, can now add terms and conditions (T&Cs) that must be accepted when ordering.
First, paste the T&Cs on the Admin page, and click Apply.
Next, when a user converts a Sale to an Order, the T&Cs will pop up with two buttons, Cancel or Accept. If the user accepts, the order proceeds as normal. The user will not have to accept the terms and conditions again (unless there is a change to the T&Cs by the Site Admin).
The user's acceptance of the T&Cs will be visible to the Admin page under Users. See below.
If the Site Admin chooses to make a change to the T&Cs, they would click the button above Reset Acceptances, to clear existing acceptances and start over. As mentioned above, the users will need to accept the T&Cs again after the change.
5) For Customer-level adjustments, there is a new column, labeled From Site,
A "Yes" means this adjustment was created at the site admin level and assigned to this account. "No" indicates this was created by this account.
6) PO's whose status is In Review will be highlighted in orange. We feel this visual makes finding POs that are In Review, easier.
