Summary

This package will update the product properties of shutter products so that dimensions will be rounded down and will also be displayed in 16ths if needed. This package will also change the product source to Purchase if it's currently set to None.

Note: Only products with a product type of 'Shutters' are changed. All other products are unaffected.

How to install this package

1. Run SalesPRO.
2. From the Help menu, click Install Packages.
3. When prompted, enter the following package key: SWCS50_RoundDownAnd16
4. Click Add.
5. Click OK to install the package.

Where to install this package

This package should be applied on a local workstation and on each roaming workstation.

More Information

This package changes products that are in the company database at the time it is run.  If you add products after this package is installed, then you will need to either run this package again or manually change the rounding settings as described below

The changes this package performs can be done manually by following these steps

1. Run SalesPRO.

2. From the Maintenance tab, click Product Manager.
3. Select a product to modify.
4. From the Product menu click Properties.
5. On the General tab, if the Source is None then change it to Purchase. If it's anything other than None don't change it. 
6. Select the Usage tab.
7. Check the Override product properties box and then set Fraction rounding to Down and the Dimension display format to 16th.
