PROBLEM: No company information is printed on process reports created on Roaming Workstations (SWCS 5)
Summary
When a roaming workstation is setup, the company
information is not synced as part of the initial sync. The Roaming
Workstation user will need to enter the company name, phone number,
email and billing/shipping addresses on his/her system. If the company
information is not entered, process reports (quotes, order
confirmations, etc.) will not have any company information listed.
Instructions to enter company information
- Drop down the Solatech icon in the upper left hand corner of the software.
- Select Company information
- Enter the desired information
- Switch to the Other tab
- Using the dropdown menu, select the correct logo for each output type
- Press OK to exit and save your changes.
