Print preview won't display anything

Problem

When I try to preview a quote or an order it just hangs up at generating preview. I'm able to view PDF's from other applications and the Print Preview from the Solatech Window Covering Software works on other computers - even other computers with the same operating system.

Solution

This may have something to do with the Print Preview window being shown off the edge of the screen. Try resetting the position of the Print Preview window so it appears in the center of the screen.

  1. Close the Solatech Window Covering Software.
  2. Press (Windows Key) + R to open the Run dialog.
  3. Type regedit and press Enter.
  4. Navigate to the following key on the left side of the screen: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Solatech\Window Covering Software\4.0\Window Positions.
  5. On the right side of the screen locate the entry with the name "Print Preview".
  6. Right-click on "Print Preview" and select Delete.
  7. Run the Solatech Window Covering Software and attempt the preview again.
