How to view your Solatech ID and password in SalesPRO
Summary
Your Solatech ID is used for Online Order Processing
and downloading products in Product Updater. If you need to view your
Solatech ID and password, follow the directions below.
Instructions
- From
within the SalesPRO software, click on the Solatech icon in the upper
left hand corner of your software and select Application settings.
- Click on Security in the left hand column under Configuration
- In the right hand column, you will see your Solatech ID (email address)
- Click on the link Show password and your password will be visible.
