After the credit card information is entered, the software only shows the last four digits of the credit card number. The ability to view the complete number from the payment screen has been disabled as a security feature. The steps below will explain how to retrieve the complete number for processing the payment.

To view the complete credit card number in the software:

1. Open the Quotes or Orders list.
2. From the Actions menu, select Payment History.
3. Select the payment you want to view and click View Payment.
4. Click Cancel to close the window.
