How to use Quick Quote for Solatech Focus
The Quick Quote feature allows Sales Reps to create a quote without selecting a customer. This article describes how to use Quick Quote.
Note: The customer used for Quick Quotes is automatically created. This customer will be called House followed by your account name. The Sales Rep who is logged in will be the Rep for the quote.
Instructions
- From the Home page, expand the Actions section
- Click on the Quick Quote button
- This will bring you to your quoting screen, where you can begin selecting Product Type, Vendor Style, etc as normal
- To change the quote to the correct customer, click the Change button on the Quote Review page
- Select the correct customer for the quote
Note: If the customer does not exist, you will need to enter a new customer and save before you can use the Change feature.
