How to setup Cc and/or Bcc email addresses at the user level

Summary

Solatech gives individual users the ability to setup unique Cc or Bcc emails addresses. Each email sent from Solatech by that user will be also sent to these addresses.  Please note that these are independent of any Cc or Bcc emails that have been setup for individual process reports. 

Instructions

  1. Click Admin from the upper navigational bar
  2. Click Users from the lower navigational bar
  3. Click a user name
  4. On the user account page, enter the desired email address into Cc and/or Bcc fields
  5. Click Apply

Please note that users who are not an Account Administrator can also enter these addresses by clicking Admin from the upper navigational bar.  This will take them directly to their user record.
