How to send an email to a Customer

  1. Login to Solatech and click "Customers"

  1. Lookup the Customer you want to send an email to and select their name

  1. Click "Email" button

  1. Choose a template or click "No Template"

  1. To add additional email addresses, click "CC/BCC"

  1. Click the "Cc" or "Bcc" field to enter an email address

  1. Click the "Cc" or "Bcc" field to enter an email address

  1. Type a message to the Customer in the subject field and body paragraph field

  1. If wanting to add an attachment, click "Select File" button to look up a document from your computer

  1. Click the "Send" button

  1. Once clicking "Send" you will be taken to the Customer page and a notification will pop up that the email has been sent
