This article explains how to reset the column widths of the line item grid in Order Entry.

Using the mouse you can drag the column headers to make the column larger or smaller. Sometimes if you drag the description column too far to the right it may be difficult to get the column to the normal size, in which case you'll have to scroll to the right in order to see the line item description, price and total columns.

Follow these instructions to reset the column widths to their default values:

1. From within Solatech, go to File>Preferences
2. In the left hand column of the Preferences window, under Common, select Other
3. In the right hand column, scroll to the bottom of the window, and select the each of the buttons  "Reset Window Data"  and "Reset Window Positions"
4. Close Preferences
5. Open Order Entry. The column widths of the line item grid in Order Entry should be reset to normal.
