In SalesPRO, quotes, sales and orders
(Q/S/O) are briefly locked during the sync process. Depending on your
file sharing service and internet connectivity, the process could take
up to 45 minutes. During this time, you cannot open the Q/S/O on the
roaming workstation. Please note that you can still print or preview
output or apply payments (How to generate output or apply payments to a locked quote or sale)
when the Q/S/O is locked. While not recommended, there may be
instances in which you need to open the Q/S/O to review or make a
change. This article describes the sync reset process.
