This article explains how to reset the autofill for city, state and zip code fields within the Solatech Window Covering Software.
One of the features of the Solatech Window Covering Software is to automatically fill in, as you type, the cities, states and zip codes for the various address fields. For example, as you type in the letters "Hi" in the city field the rest of the city name "High Point" would be automatically added allowing you to press Tab and move on to the next field without have to type in the whole city name. The software is able to do this by remembering the previous cities, states and zip codes that you enter and using them when it sees that you are re-entering the same name. There are times when the software will automatically enter a misspelled entry because it was once entered incorrectly and it remembered that spelling. To reset the this "memory" you need to delete a file where the data is stored.
Note: This must be done on each workstation.

2) Navigate to the following folder: "C:\ProgramData\Solatech\WCS4".
