How to remove the requirement for comments when closing quotes, sales and orders
Summary
Administrative users can determine whether or not
comments are required when performing various actions for Quotes, Sales
and Orders. Once these choices have been made in application settings,
they will apply to all users.

Requires version 5.0.0.282 or higher
Instructions
- From within SalesPRO software, drop down the Solatech icon in the upper left hand corner
- Select Application Settings
- In the left hand column, under Common, select Workflow
- In the right hand column, place a check mark to the left of any comment types you no longer wish to make mandatory
- Press OK to exit and save your changes
