Summary

Solatech Focus allows a Site Administrator (SA) personalize the email message which is sent to each new Solatech Focus user.  This article will describe the process of modifying the default template

Instructions

• Click on the Admin button from the upper navigational bar
• Click on Accounts from the sub-menu
• Expand the section Welcome Message
• You can modify the default template as desired for your site
• Information on additional fields that can be used can be accessed by clicking on the link Click here for information
• When editing is completed, you can send a test message to your email address, to insure that the email has the expected appearance. 

Note:   The fields in the section System access details are below should not be changed in the template.   These fields include important login information for new users.
