How to override the cost on a Purchase Order

Summary

Solatech Focus users can override the cost on purchase orders.  This knowledge base article will describe how to use this feature.

Instructions

  1. On the PO review page, expand the Items section
  2. Click on an item
  3. Click the Edit Cost button
  4. Enter the new cost and click OK 

  5. Items with edited costs will show the original cost with a strikethrough beneath the new cost

Note: Costs which are changed on a PO will not be reflected on the order.
