How to make bulk changes to a Quote


How to make bulk changes to a Quote


  1. Login to Solatech

  1. Click "Customers" or "Quotes" tab

  1. Navigate to the "Customer name" or "Quote number"

  1. Click on the "Quote Number" to open the quote record details

  1. Click on the "Line items" banner

  1. Click "Bulk Changes"

  1. Select the product line item checkboxes to update

  1. Click the appropriate selection you want to change

  1. Click the "Next" button

  1. Make the appropriate changes from the dropdown menus

  1. Click the "Next" button when done

  1. Click the "OK" button

  1. Note! It will take a moment to populate and you will receive alerts when the system has saved the changes. During this time, leave the page open until the processing is complete. When it's complete you will receive a notification popup.


  1. When complete, click the "Next" button

  1. Click the "Done" button
