How to lock or unlock prices on a Quote
This guide provides a process for locking or unlocking prices on a quote, ensuring accurate pricing management. - Login to Solatech and select the Quote to update on the Dashboard or click the "Quotes" tab to look up the Quote
- Under the "Line Items" and click "Lock/Unlock Price"
- Click the appropriate button "Lock All Prices" or "Unlock All Prices"
- A notification will appear when the prices have been locked/unlocked
Tip! Items will NOT result in a price increase, but adding a line item DOES affect the price.
