How to get help and access Solatech knowledge base articles and videos

Option 1: Send a direct message via Chat

1. Login to your Solatech site

2. Click "Message" icon to create a ticket or inquiry

3. Click "Leave a message"

4. Type in your question and any pertinent requests you receive (name, contact, etc.)

5. When finished, click "Submit" button

6. Choose the type of request it is

7. Click "Submit" button

Option 2:

8. Click "?" help button

9. Click "Knowledge Base" for full list of articles and vidoes

10. Click "Focus 2.0" for Focus 2.0 specific articles and videos

11. Click the category you want more information on, i.e. "General Topics"

Option 3! Reach out on social media

12. Navigate to the dashboard to follow or send a message via social media

13. Once on the social page navigate to "Send Email" or "Message" to contact Solatech
