How to enter and use multiple installation addresses for a customer

Summary

You may have customers with one billing address and multiple installation addresses.  For example, if your customer is a Property Management company, they may have several properties in which they would like you to install window treatments.  When this happens you will need to enter more than one "Ship To" address ( Installation address) into this customer's information.

  • To enter more than one address for a customer, open the customer record and click "New" under Shipping Addresses.
  • You will be asked to enter a label for each address you enter.  For example, Property on Harris Ave. or Property 1, etc.
  • Press OK to exit and save the changes. 


How to select an alternate address

  • From within Order Entry,  go to the "Installation/Other" tab.
  • Click on the Select Alternate hyperlink
  • From the list of available address, select the correct address and press OK
