How to enable the ability to bypass sending orders electronically

Summary

Account Administrators can allow users to bypass sending order electronically from Solatech Focus if this feature has been enabled by the site administrator.  This knowledge base article will describe how to enable and use this feature. 

Instructions for enabling

  1. Click Admin from the upper navigational toolbar
  2. On the account page, beneath the company name and addresses, place a check mark to the left of Optionally send orders electronically
  3. Press the Update button

How to Use

  1. Click the Order Now button
  2. A pop up window will list each vendor on the order. To the left of the vendor name, will be a check mark boxes labeled Send Electronically
  3. For POs that will not be sent, remove the check mark
  4. Click OK 



  5. POs which were marked to not be sent electronically will have the status of NOT SENT on the PO Listing Page
  6. If you open a PO that was not sent, you can choose to send it then by pressing the Send this PO button OR click the Mark as Sent button to indicate that the PO was ordered manually.
