Summary:

This article explains how to email a report (output) in Solatech Focus.

At many points in the Sales process, there may be a need to email output either to your customer or internally.  The output available to you depends upon the status of the Quote/Sale/Order.

Quote Output:

• Quote
• Internal Order

Sales or Order Output:

• Order Confirmation
• Invoice
• Internal Order
• Installer Form

To view one of these reports, first open the Quote/Sale/Order by clicking on the hyperlink from the Quotes/Sales/Orders list page.  The Hyperlink is the Quote/Sale/Order number.

In the Generate Reports section, choose a report from the drop down menu and click on Email Report.

• This will open an email window.  
• Make sure the email address is correct, then click Send.

• You will get a confirmation message that your email has been sent successfully.
