How to Edit a Line Item on a Quote

  1. Navigate to the "Quote" or "Sale" page

  1. Navigate to the Quote or Sale you would like to edit and click the corresponding number

  1. Expand the "Line Items" section by clicking the triangle icon

  1. Navigate to the line item that needs to be edited and click the pencil icon

  1. Click the "More" button within the green box

  1. Use the “Taxable” toggle switch to indicate if this line item is taxable

  1. Click the "Pencil" icon to adjust the “Item Cost”

  1. Type the new item cost into the "Override" field

  1. Click "OK"

  1. Click the "Base Retail Margin %" button to adjust the “Base Retail Margin” for the Item

  1. Type the new base retail margin into the "Override" field

  1. Click "OK"

  1. Click the Lock icon to lock or unlock the “Item Price”

  1. Click "Lock"

  1. Click "Update Line 1"

  1. The line item changes will reflect oin the "Line Items" and "Totals" sections
