How to Delete a Quote or Order From Solatech
Summary
This article describes how an unnecessary quote or order can be deleted from Solatech software. Please note that if an order has a payment attached to it, it can not be deleted (Orders with payments cannot be deleted)
Instructions
- From within Solatech, open your list of quotes/orders
- Locate the order you wish to delete
- Click once to highlight the order in blue
- Use the drop down menu under Order and select Delete
- You will receive a popup message asking If you are sure to wish to delete the order
- Press Yes
- The order will be deleted
