Summary

This article describes how an unnecessary quote or order can be deleted from Solatech software.  Please note that if an order has a payment attached to it, it can not be deleted (Orders with payments cannot be deleted) 

Instructions

1. From within Solatech, open your list of quotes/orders
2. Locate the order you wish to delete
3. Click once to highlight the order in blue
4. Use the drop down menu under Order and select Delete
5. You will receive a popup message asking If you are sure to wish to delete the order
6. Press Yes
7. The order will be deleted
