How to Customize Workflows

  1. Click the Gear icon

  1. Click "Account Administration" from the dropdown menu

  1. Navigate to the menu on the left of the screen and click "Statuses"

  1. Click the "New Status" Button

  1. Type the name of the status into the "Name" field

  1. Type a description of the status into the "Description" field

  1. Click the "Text Color" dropdown

  1. Select a color from the dropdown menu

  1. Click Apply

  1. Click the "Background Color" Dropdown

  1. Select a color from the dropdown menu

  1. Click "Apply"

  1. Click "Save"

  1. Your New Status will Show on the Statuses Page

  1. Repeat this process for all the Statuses you would like to create

  1. Once all statuses are created, navigate to the menu on the left of the screen and select "Workflows"

  1. Click "New Workflow"

  1. Type the name of your new workflow into the "Name" field

  1. Click "Save"

  1. Type a description into the "Description" field

  1. Click "Add New Status"

  1. Select the statuses you would like to add to the workflow from the dropdown menu

  1. The statuses selected will populate to the workflow

  1. Hover over each status and click the Up or Down arrows to change the order of the statuses


  1. Click "Save"

  1. Your new workflow will show on the "Workflow" page

  1. Navigate to the "Quotes", "Sales", or "PO's" page

  1. Navigate to a Quote, Sale, or PO for which you would like to change the workflow

  1. Click the "Workflow" dropdown

  1. Click "Workflow" type dropdown

  1. Select your customized workflow from the dropdown menu

  1. Your new workflow will populate in the "Status" section
