How to create a quote from a sale or an order
Summary
Users can create a quote from an existing sale or order. The original sale or order will still exist - this will be a completely new quote.
Instructions
- From within any existing sale or order, navigate to the Workflow section
- Press the Create Quote button
- Press OK on the popup window to confirm this action
- The new quote will open automatically
- The History section of the Quote Review page will list the original Sale or Order number
