How to create a quote from a sale or an order

How to create a quote from a sale or an order

Summary

Users can create a quote from an existing sale or order.  The original sale or order will still exist - this will be a completely new quote. 

Instructions

  1. From within any existing sale or order, navigate to the Workflow section
  2. Press the Create Quote button
  3. Press OK on the popup window to confirm this action
  4. The new quote will open automatically
  5. The History section of the Quote Review page will list the original Sale or Order number
