How to copy customer shipping address to billing address

Summary

In cases where a customer has the same billing and shipping addresses, Solatech Focus users can easily copy the data from one address to the other.  This knowledge base article provides instructions on how to copy addresses.

Note: Although this knowledge base references copying shipping to billing address, the address can also be copied billing to shipping.

Instructions

  1. On the Customer Details page, enter one address (either shipping or billing)
  2. Place a check mark in the box Copy Billing<->Shipping Address
  3. Click Save
  4. The entered address will be shown as both customer billing and shipping addresses.
