How to convert a sale with errors to an order
Summary
Solatech will allow an account administrator to opt to allow sales with errors to be converted to an order for record keeping purposes.
These orders cannot be ordered from Solatech.
Instructions
- While logged in as an Account Administrator, click Admin from the upper navigational bar
- On the Account page, in the Account section, place a check mark to the left of Allow sales with errors to be converted to orders
- Click the Update button
From that point forward, the Order Now button may be pressed to move a sale to an order status. Users will receive a pop up message, prompting them to confirm this choice.
