How to change the Solatech ID email address or password in the SalesPRO software

This article will describe how to change the email address and/or password for your Solatech ID in the SalesPRO software. 

Instructions

  • From within the SalesPRO software, click on the Solatech icon in the upper left hand corner of your software and select Application settings. 


  • Click on Security in the left hand column under Configuration
  • Click on Manage my Solatech ID in the right hand column


  • On the next Window, if you wish to change the email address, simply type the new email address in the Solatech ID field
  • Then press Change


  • If you wish to change your password, click the link I want to change my password


  • Enter the new password in both fields and press OK 
  • Click OK on the message Your password has been changed
  • Click Change
  • On the Application Settings window, type in the new email address and/or password
  • Press OK
