How to change the Solatech ID email address or password in the SalesPRO software

This article will describe how to change the email address and/or password for your Solatech ID in the SalesPRO software.
Instructions
- From within the SalesPRO software, click on the Solatech icon in the upper left hand corner of your software and select Application settings.

- Click on Security in the left hand column under Configuration
- Click on Manage my Solatech ID in the right hand column

- On the next Window, if you wish to change the email address, simply type the new email address in the Solatech ID field
- Then press Change

- If you wish to change your password, click the link I want to change my password

- Enter the new password in both fields and press OK
- Click OK on the message Your password has been changed
- Click Change
- On the Application Settings window, type in the new email address and/or password
- Press OK
