How to Add an Adjustment to a Quote or Sale


How to Add an Adjustment to a Quote or Sale

  1. Navigate to the "Quotes" or "Sales" Page

  1. Navigate to the Quote or Sale to which you would like to add an adjustment and click the corresponding number.

  1. Expand "Total" Section using the triangle icon

  1. Click "Add" on the Discounts or Surcharges line

  1. Select the Discount or Surcharge you would like to add
    Note: the filter on this screen can be used to narrow down the list of discounts/surcharges.

  1. Click "Add"

  1. The Discount or Surcharge will populate under the corresponding section
    Note:  The Discount or Surcharge can be edited to change the amount after it has been added.
