This hot fix fixes a problem in Order Entry that allowed users with 'View Only' security settings to save changes to a quote or order.
This hot fix updates the Order Entry module to prevent users with 'View Only' security settings from saving changes to a quote or order. As part of the changes implemented in this update, users with 'View Only' security settings can no longer print or preview from within Order Entry. To print or preview a quote/order, select the quote/order from the quote/order list, click Actions from the toolbar and click Print.
