File locations for SWCS 4.x are missing or invalid.

Your Solatech Window Covering Software stores references to various folders. If any of the folder references are missing or reference folders that don't exist you will not be able to run the software.

The most common cause of this issue is when a workstation is not connected to the server via one or more mapped drives.

To resolve this issue:

1. Check with your systems administrator to make sure all required mapped drives are setup correctly.
2. Run the Solatech Window Covering Software.
3. Click the Setup File Locations button.
4. Verify the folder for each file location and change if needed.
5. Close the File Manager.
